Enjoyed the stay. I had a couple of problems with the tv and each time someone came to room and corrected the fault replacing the tv on one occasion. I also requested new toilet paper and replacement towels and sheets a couple of times and it was always a prompt response.
I extended my stay, because I was happy there and on first night had paid 1,500 peso. I asked what it would cost to stay till Wednesday check- out. A short time later a staff member called me and said it would be 6000peso. I had asked this because I was budgeting fairly tight to the end of trip. When I came down and paid I was advised it was 7500peso?? Meaning I have paid 9000peso?? I was there from thursday evening till early Wednesday am. I think it was probably correct but do to asking the question and then being charged extra made it very difficult when I got home. In all I enjoyed my stay there I would have liked to have a fridge but that wasn't a big deal. I'll look forward to my next visit and will happily stay there again.

The room had a very good bed and matress. Apparent thin walls with no window but no noise could be heared from any of the adjoining rooms. The room had a flat panel tv of Chinese origin but was surprisinlgly good in picture quality. We appreciated the free early check-in (before 9 am) and free luggage storage on the day of departure until 3 pm.
The bathroom towels were too small and very hard and thin. The room was not cleaned until 5pm and only after our request. The free breakfast was rather small and only Philippino style. A 100 Peso upcharge for Western Style was not justifyable.

The location to the us Embassy was very close, easy walking distance. Good access to many things, barber, massage, food and drink. Breakfast "Free" was good.
A bit of distance from the Airport, cost of fare 500php or around $11.00. They told me I had to rebook and pay 3000php for the room (2 nights) in advance. I explained I had already used my credit card to book the reservation.(?)

location, value for money
only one type of breakfast (philippines) was included into price, the other breakfast (american/european) should have been paid additionally, and we were not told about that beforehand the service is very slow, as usual for this country

The simple fact that the hotel was situated in yhe metro Manila region
Manly the fact that the room I reserved and the room I actually had to settle for where extemely different and not in the consumers best intrest. I reserved a Superior Double and recieved a Substandard Single that was barely larger than a closet and the most amuzing thing was that they tried to peddle it of as I would sleeping in a larger bed, really ????

Friendly, efficient staff and decent sized breakfast.
I booked the superior room; it was extremely small and the walls are thin. Whilst the price is fairly cheap for this area of town, unless you are on a very tight budget, I would suggest paying just a little more and going somewhere like the Lotus Garden or City Garden Suites. You pay more, but you get more.
